Marcus Coetzee has 18 years of experience providing strategic support to non-profit organisations, social enterprises and government. He is a business strategist and research consultant who works closely with the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Citizen Surveys, Imani Development and Social Enterprise Academy. He also led the African Social Entrepreneurs Network (ASEN) for two years and is on the steering committees of a number of social enterprises.
Marcus is an active advocate of social enterprise and social entrepreneurship. He has an Honours Degree in Business Science from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s Degree in Social Development (summa cum laude) from the University of the Western Cape. Marcus regularly publishes insightful content on the social enterprise space to his blog.
