Ntandokazi Nodada has made significant strides in the start-up incubation and growth landscape in South Africa. This University of Cape Town, chemical, molecular and cellular Bachelor of Science Graduate, shifted her focus to the ‘science’ of enterprise development with postgraduate studies in enterprise, entrepreneurship and small business management at Rhodes and the University of Pretoria. Passionate about shaping, supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs, Ntandokazi has served in key positions at The Innovation Hub, the University of Pretoria, Mtiya Dynamics, and New Generation Mindset. Apart from her direct involvement in the growth of various start-ups, some of her key achievements include:
– The implementation of the Climate Innovation Centre, South Africa. This Centre at The Innovation Hub has since delivered successful community enterprises in the green and agricultural sectors, through the necessary training and skills development.
– Design and Implementation of Enterprise and Supplier Development programmes for blue chip companies including Dimension Data, Samsung and MTN.
Currently, Ntandokazi is responsible for the Social Innovation projects under the SAB Foundation.
